Morgan, Morgan, Morgan

Morgan Tsvangirai

Morgan Tsvangirai

You only had five days to go ……………..No doubt Mugabe and his cronies are out celebrating right now, all the violence and intimidation has paid off, Morgan and his boys have decided to hand victory on a plate, is a this good result for ZANU PF or what!

This is exactly what ZANU has been towards and hey !!!! Morgan you had to press on regardless there was a reason why people were voting for you they want change but for you to pull out so close to the finish line is absurd you are letting people down. Going against ZANU is no easy ride, we all know what they are capable of, free and Fair elections are never heard of in Zimbabwe so what has changed this time surely the election results (though they took time) your Party got the last time were an indication of things to come, you did better than any opposition Party (if there has ever been any after the ZAPU Days) in the history of Zimbabwean Politics. Things have got so bad in Zimbabwe that you did have a chance at the cup, Mugabe has no place in Zimbabwe anymore, you giving up now is just a blow to the people.

At least taking part in the elections would have been another step towards attempting to right this situation regardless of the election result. Mugabe and his Party have pulled every excuse in their Cheating Manual it would have been interesting to find out what they would have said after a 2nd defeat.  You have armed ZANU to carry on with their senseless way of ruling and destroying lives and as this carries on Zimbabwe will always be in the crisis its in this fuelling Zanu reign of terror, every now and again I think how bad can it get and it gets worse .

I understand your frustration, but what could Tsvangirai do? I’ve heard a few people including the BBC’s John Simpson allege that Mugabe has out witted him politically, but it’s thuggery we’re talking about not politics. The question to me, a Brit is where are the dissents inside the country amongst junior army officers or indeed the junior police ranks. And how on earth did Mugabe manage to garner over 40% of the vote in the 1st election? That was a fairish election and indicates that you yourself probably know a ZANU sympathizer.

  • Mwana

The landlord agrees to fit an external security gate to the front door by no later than the 15

"At least taking part in the elections would have been another step towards attempting to right this situation regardless of the election result"

Fact: The result would have been a loss… what then?? Mugabe would now be a legitimate victor!!

"You have armed ZANU to carry on with their senseless way of ruling and destroying lives"

Question: Didn't they arm themselves with the Chinese munitions shipment, and why would Morgan's contiued stay in the race lessen the senseless way of ruling and destroying lives??

Quite frankly, Morgan had little choice in the matter… He can't campaign freely, his supporters can't congregate, he has no access to the media, his offices have been systematically ransacked, his close advisors are being arrested consistately, he is fleeing from soldiers and has taken refuge at an embassy… what more did you expect??

One problem with us as Zimbabweans, is that we have a 'wait and hope' attitude. Morgan has pre-emptively with drawn from the race because there is nothing to hope for from the upcoming polls. He made the right decision… actually, the only decision available to him. Zanu can continue with its fiasco of an election, observed by its approved observers, run by its chosen polling officers, monitored by its unpolitical police force who are now allowed to 'assist' in the polling office, to be counted by its hand picked ZEC members (those who rigged last time are succesfully behind bars) and now lets wait and hope hey??

so what, exactly, has Mugabe won?
    a corpse of a country…

  • Mkhululi

Did you not hear the man: "only God can remove me from power". Have you heard the slogan: "June 27, Mugabe in office by force". An MDC victory on Friday would only guarantee one thing – war, Mugabe has already declared this and remember he has "degrees in violence"!

  • chipo

with all due respect i feel ashamed of this article. it appears to the writer political victory is more important than the well being of ordinary people. tsvangirai could have stayed on until election day and chances are, no zanu pf militia men would beat or kill him. but what about the courageous men and women who voted him? they would be beaten and killed, 85 have already been. mr/mrs writer you seem to lose the whole point of an election. it is not for morgan to win but for a better zimbabwe filled with people's freedoms. to me tsvangirai showed us that he is a true mature leader by putting people first. to me, by withdrawing, he voted for the ordinary people.

  • L.W. Carlson

We should blame south Africa for not solving this through their "quiet diplomacy" I urge a total sports boycott of all south African teams until their responsibility to zimbabwe is fulfilled in a Just way.

  • Tom Quinn

If running in the election risks Tsvangirai's
life, is it a worthwhile endevour? I think he has
shown some degree of bravery in pulling out rather
than trying to run a campaign from the safety
of another country. But regardless of who runs
against Mugabe, something must be done by external
forces, be they the UN, African Union or independent
countries. If Zim had oil I'm sure there'd be
    plenty of willing helping hands.

I appreciate (as much as I can, sitting here in the relative paradise of the US) your frustration and disappointment. I’m sure many MDC supporters will feel thoroughly betrayed and angry.

What might have happened if Morgan had stayed in “the race”?

Mugabe would probably falsely charge the MDC with voter fraud AND merely invent his own margin of “victory”, as he has done before. But in this particular sham of an election he’s gone beyond the usual ‘buying’ of votes with food and favors and the discrimination and threats against MDC supporters and this time has actually sanctioned maiming and killing.

If Tsvangari had actually won I can’t imagine Mugabe would let such an ‘affront’ to his megalomania go unpunished; I imagine MDC supporters would suffer further violence and death. I can also easily imagine that Tsvangarai would be killed too.
This scenario presents the question of whose lives’ are “worth” more–Morgan Tsvangari’s or those of the ordinary MDC supporter?
Would the MDC (and Zimbabwe as a whole) be better-off with Tsvangarai victorious but dead (along with some supporters); or better-off in ‘defeat’ but alive and able to continue the fight? Is the former choice the ‘right’ and most honorable decision and the latter the ‘best’ and most practical decision?

If Morgan had won and had then been incarcerated (and then suddenly found to have ‘committed suicide’ in jail by shooting himself in the head six times—I’m being sarcastic of course) how maddening would THAT be to the MDC supporters. Would a full-blown civil war erupt? It would certainly be noble and justified, but wouldn’t it be an even greater hell than the current situation?
Of course one can counter this argument with the aphorism “When good men stand-by and do nothing, evil flourishes”

If I can offer you anything to assuage you and your compatriots’ frustration it is this:
“He who lives to run-away lives to fight another day.” No doubt these words appear trite and are cold-comfort to you all, and but I think they are valid.

BTW no thanks to my own US government for not lifting a finger to support democracy or even basic humanity in Zimbabwe (largely because of the illegal Iraq occupation as well as the fact that the Bush administration is a bunch of venal criminal cretins) and no thanks to the UN (who usually do great work in applying band-aids to problems but never seem to really mitigate them), and no thanks to your nation’s neighbors for standing idly-by either.

I’d like to think that come January 2009 the US will begin to provide some tangible assistance and take some practical action—but I’m not counting on it. Until then I’m afraid you are on your own, as tragically you have been for so long. But with Tsvangarai still ‘at large’ I think there’s still hope for the near future.

Mugabe was going to fix the results anyway. If he is capable of killing the opposition without fear of condemnation from any other country, is a given fact he will scare everybody to vote for him. By Morgan Tsvangira quitting the elections, he is telling the World that the process is a joke. I doubt Mugabe has his money in his own country. The International community should freeze all his assets immediately. Without money his army will rethink the support they are providing to Mugabe. Is a shame that some African countries are letting Mugabe do whatever he wants without any hard comment.

  • http://polybore.blogspot.com polybore

Because of the actions of Mugabe's thugs Morgan Tsvangirai was not going to win the run off. If the run of had gone ahead many people would have lost their lives and Mugabe would have made sure that he won. I think it was the best course of action to withdraw as this has made clear to the international community that there is no electoral solution to removing Mugabe.

  • Fungai Taranhike

I'm sure pulling out of the race with the finish line in sight is no easy decision.
I do however feel that Mr Tsvangirai made the right decision.
Mugabe does not need to be given reason to make full on his promise of a full out war on the west. A war by the way who's primary target is his own people. He (Mugabe) has shown he has no love for the people and would have no problem destroying any opposing opinion and the carriers there of. Look at the recent violence and Gukurahundi.

  • Nick Fouche

Robert Mugabe, I as a South African I can well recognise your anger towards your country's former colonialists and even dogged determination that history should not repeat itself, that Zimbabwe should always remain free and self-sufficient. I am little convinced, however, that you truly believe your own story of a citing a regression towards colonialist rule and that the danger you imagine is in some way acquainted with a political programme which doesn't include you at all costs. You are the servant of your people, not some kind of tribal chief. Africa has grown out of the tribal model just as Europe has grown out of the monarchy. Your autocratic game is an insult to the great conquests of of the last century : both in Africa and abroad. If you would like to demonise the West and all it stands for, then be consistent : take off your gentleman's suit and don traditional tribal gear. Be coherent and have the courage to go the whole hog. We are living in a globalised reality which challenges all of us, black and white, Arab, European, African and American to seek solutions to collaboration on a global scale. Nobody can say anymore that s/he has learnt nothing from other nations and populations or that history is replete with slavery and submission. Now your days are numbered precisely because you patronise your own people by considering them so ignorant as to believe your colonialisation threat. You accord as much respect to their intelligence as many white people accorded black people in Apartheid South Africa. It is an old card to play and more and more people are able to identify it in time : the old leader who has lost his fire and is no longer able to honour the promises he makes to his electorate only because contemporary economics no longer concedes that favours be granted by one little man making grandiose promises and acting all alone like some benevolent king of some other age. Economies have become ever more connected and decentralised and we have all become more dependant on one another. Your time is up, Robert. Your rhetoric and dated political speak serves only your own interests and it belongs in the Middle Ages. Nobody buys it any more. Get out, at once, of the office you hold illegitimately or you will certainly be forced out, even by violent means if need be.

I once had some respect for you and would be sorry to see someone fall ingloriously – especially one who once had a legitimate place in revolutionary politics and who even made a valued contribution to African affairs. My only suggestion to you know is that you bow out in a hurryand leave with the little grace you may be able to salvage for yourself after the immense shame you have brought to your country and to everything you once stood for.

As an outside observer, I can understand the sentiment expressed in this post. At the same time, Tsvangirai's decision has raised the stakes and called made the shame nature of the process even clearer for outsiders to see. This might have been just what was necessary to finally get the attention of South Africa's neighbors, who for far too long have been all too tolerant of Mugabe.

As an African it is hard for me to Judge Maugabe
NOW; especially as I KNOW THAT BRITAIN and America
are BENT ON VENGEANCE against Him for returning
    Zimbabwean Lands to rightful owners.

The Hypocrisy of Britain and America in world politics
is here again on display. Remember how they
cuddled Saddam Hussein even when he used poisonous
Gas against his own people, until he fell out of
favour with them. THEN THEY INVADED HIS COUNTRY
    AND HUNG HIM.

Mugabe did what he should have done the first
month of assuming power in Zimbabwe BY RETURNING
THE LANDS TO REAL ZIMBABWEANS ORIGINAL LAND OWNERS
if this will kill Britain, BBC, America and Tsvangirai
    LET THEM DIE !

The present campaign to demonize and crucify Mugabe
by Britain and America must be seen for what it is
COLONIAL MEDDLING TO MAINTAIN BLACK DEPRIVATION
    AND SERVITUDE TO WHITES.

They have used everything at their disposal to choke the Zibabwean Economy while blaming Mugabe. Even if Mugabe
was the worst African leader THIS IS NOT THE TIME
TO JOIN BRITAIN AND AMERICA AGAINST HIM.

  • The-Doc

Every commentator and observer to what is presently happening in Zimbabwe should realize that as bad as the machinery of world communications may be painting MUGABE to us, WE MUST NOT JUST SWALLOW HOOK-LINE-AND-SINKER all that they are feeding us. The Zimbabwe Economic woes is being ochestrated by BRITAIN AND AMERICA all to get at MUGABE.

A truthful analysis of the genesis of this wickedness by BRITAIN will lead the observer to comment with wisdom based on facts and not just emotions.

The Vigor with which BRITAIN AND AMERICA has been going after MUGABE led me to study and understand the whole situation. THEY ARE NOT GOING AFTER MUGABE BECAUSE THEY LOVE THE PEOPLE OF ZIMBABWE SOOOO MUCH. It is Vengeance that is driving them NOT LOVE for Zimbabwe. They are on a quest to use their powers and worldwide resources to crush MUGABE for returning white held Lands to rightful African owners.

They have shown that they will stop at nothing to crush MUGABE; even if it requires DESTROYING THE WHOLE PEOPLE OF ZIMBABWE by starvation and other economic hardships to get at MUGABE.

Every African or Truth loving human around the world at this juncture must REFUSE TO MERELY FOCUS ON MUGABE and all that he is being blamed for and BLAME BRITAIN FOR ITS HIGH WICKEDNESS AGAINST THE PEOPLE OF ZIMBABWE all to get at MUGABE.

I refuse to give them my support in this vengeful quest against MUGABE as they are more GUILTY OF MORE EVIL AGAINST ZIMBABWE AND ITS PEOPLE THAN MUGABE CAN EVER TRUTHFULLY BE ACCUSED OR CONVICTED OF.

THIS IS NOT THE TIME TO BLAME MUGABE.

THIS IS THE TIME TO TELL BRITAIN AND AMERICA TO SHUT-UP AND GO HOME EMPTY HANDED.

Only after these wicked devils have hands-off Zimbabwe and gone home should we then turn to MUGABE AND SAY WHAT WE HAVE TO SAY.

  • The-Doc

Tsvangirai is NO SAINT. He is a pawn in the hands of BRITAIN. He is the HOPE of White People regaining lands back from Black people and sending Black people back to ECONOMIC SLAVERY.

Remember when the Queen of England knighted MUGABE ? They thought MUGABE was a fool in their evil hands for years and as long as he allowed whites in Zimbabwe to hold almost all the LAND IN ZIMBABWE then he had nothing to worry about.

Last week the Queen of white England withdrew the knight-hood from MUGABE and denounced him. THEY CAN ALL GO TO HELL !

Had MUGABE served all these years as President of Zimbabwe and left office without doing what needed to be done, WHICH HE FINALLY DID; WHICH IS RETURNING THE LANDS OF ZIMBABWE TO ITS RIGHTFUL OWNERS then history and nemesis would never have forgiven him. But God bless MUGABE for FINALLY summoning the righteous spine to do the right thing.

Now for that single deed they have declared ECONOMIC WAR ON ZIMBABWE and chasing MUGABE to destroy him by any means necessary.

IT IS THE DUTY OF EVERY AFRICAN NOW, TO RALLY AROUND MUGABE, if for no other reason to ensure that the TRUE ENEMIES OF BLACK PEOPLE(BRITAIN) do not get their wish against him. If Britain can love its own people so much as to declare Economic War against Zimbabwe and MUGABE; THEN ALL AFRICANS MUST LOVE THEMSELVES ENOUGH TO DEFEND MUGABE.

This is not about who rules or who is going to rule Zimbabwe.

Foresight is needed at this juncture to see that MUGABE HAS REALLY DONE A GREAT DEED FOR THE BLACK PEOPLE IN ZIMBABWE and he should be praised not vilified. THABO MBEKI of South Africa has truly earned my admiration and RESPECT by wisely understanding the meddling wicked hands at work and refused to support it against MUGABE.

African leaders should REWARD MUGABE, GIVE HIM CROWNS AND TITLES, PRAISE HIM, SUPPORT HIM and ENCOURAGE HIM.

    Britain can keep their knighthood.
MUGABE IS A GENUINE AFRICAN HERO.
His wisdom has flourished with AGE.

LONG LIVE MUGABE as our ancestors have finally smiled on Him.

MUGABE IS TRULY A SON OF AFRICA and not a sell-out.

BRITAIN is counting on Tsvangirai to come and return the LANDS BACK TO WHITE PEOPLE while BLACK PEOPLE come again to serve them and continue the ECONOMIC SLAVERY in Zimbabwe.

LONG LIVE MUGABE, we will never forget this great deed that you have finally done. GOD BLESS MUGABE !!!!!

  • http://twitter.com/tsvangirai Morgan Tsvangirai

Great leaders make tough decisions, in tough situations, and I did that.

They also have the ability to change their mind to correct any mistakes they may have made e.g Gordon Brown.

I tried do do that, but we could not get an outside line to notify the media of our new news conference. That killed my decision to make a u-turn.

We'll beat them next time so we can stop this genocide!

  • http://www.3rdliberation.org 3rdliberation.org

The-Doc – No doubts your comment will anger quite a lot of Zimbabweans living in Zimbabwe and suffering the day-to-day life. People are starving, being beaten, killed, tortured etc at the hands of Zanu PF which Mugabe heads and you say Long Live Mugabe…Mugabe did not take the farms and give them to their rightful owners, he took them and gave them to thugs with no agricultural experience hence the starvation of a country that was once the food basket of the Southern region. Fine Mugabe has stolen the country back (which we expected) the least he can do is make sure that people are fed. As I pointed out in an earlier article no Zimbabwean wants to be under colonial and working with foreign Power does not mean we are reversing back the hands of time if anything that is moving on…..In his prime Mugabe was a Great Statesman and never had the need to open up a complaints department now like an A&E they are busy and open all night. This man was given a chance to bow out gracefully and he turned it down now i bet you every dime I got he regrets it.

  • The-Doc

"3rdliberation"; 'said MUGABE was given a chance to bow out gracefully'. The question is BY WHO ? ( BRITAIN ? )

I DID NOT KNOW ZIMBABWE WAS STILL A COLONY OF BRITAIN TO DECIDE WHO RULES THERE ! What right does BRITAIN have to decide when MUGABE should bow out ?

My point here is not to call MUGABE a saint or deny the hardships upon the real people of Zimbabwe.

THE HARDSHIPS ARE REAL AND ARE BEING DELIBERATELY OCHESTRATED BY BRITAIN and their foreign cohorts who are bent on revenge against MUGABE for returning Lands to Black people in Zimbabwe, but all the blame is being heaped on MUGABE and that is how they planned it.

This is why I stated earlier that WE HAVE A LOT TO TALK TO MUGABE ABOUT, BUT IT HAS TO BE AFTER WE HAVE JOINTLY, UNITEDLY AND VEHEMENTLY IN NO UNCERTAIN TERMS DENIED BRITAIN THE PLEASURE IT SEEKS IN ATTEMPTING TO TAKE ZIMBABWEANS BACK TO ECONOMIC SLAVERY AT THE HANDS OF WHITE LAND HOLDERS IN ZIMBABWE.

WHATEVER WE HAVE TO DO OR SAY TO OUR MUGABE(and there are lots to say); IT HAS TO BE AFTER WE HAVE TOLD BRITAIN TO SHUT-UP AND GO HOME !!!!

Too long have the Western Nations been manipulating Africa and destroying any African leader who does not obey their wishes.

MUGABE HAS BOLDLY PUT AN END TO THAT NONSENSE AND STARTED AFRICA ON A NEW COURSE and this forms the basis of my support to MUGABE at this critically historical juncture. You cannot say Mugabe took the land and gave it to his THUGS and CRONIES that is only part of the dialogue which BRITAIN must not be allowed to participate in. THAT DIALOGUE MUST BE RESERVED FOR ZIMBABWEANS ALONE.

WHATEVER WE HAVE TO TELL OUR MUGABE MUST BE INDEPENDENT OF the real enemies of Zimbabwe(BRITAIN).

I believe that History will vindicate MUGABE when his actions in the present matter are judged in consideration to the enormous underground efforts at work by these foreign powers destabilizing, choking and starving the Economic life out of Zimbabwe.

It takes political maturity to see exactly what is going on in Zimbabwe NOT JUST EMOTIONS.

The killings and Violence MUST STOP and had BRITAIN not been bent on making Zimbabwe ungovernable to discredit MUGABE most of these things wont be happening. Am even surprised MUGABE had managed to hold things in Zimbabwe together as he has tried so far and I know BRITAIN is angrily surprised too.

THE MEDDLING IN AFRICAN AFFAIRS BY THESE WESTERN NATIONS IS UNGODLY AND UNIQUE AS NO OTHER NATIONS OF THE WORLD SUFFERS THESE TREPIDATIONS AS WE SEE IN AFRICA.

Someday Africans will MATURE POLITICALLY and begin to really see beyond the fake smiles.

  • The-Doc

Tsvangirai is not Politically matured at this time to rule Zimbabwe.

Britain has only lifted him up to USE him to retake Zimbabwean Lands which MUGABE rightfully returned to Black Zimbabwean owners.

It is because of the likes of clowns like Tsvangirai that White people in the west has always been able to meddle and destabilize African Countries.

HE REPRESENTS THE SCHOOL OF THOUGHTLESS GOONS, WHO ARE BENT ONLY ON GRABBING THE SEAT OF POWER IN AFRICA BY ANY MEANS NECESSARY and with the help of whomever from wherever . He lacks the cerebral capacity to decipher the masked intentions behind the political support to him of those Nations who fought to keep black Zimbabweans Landless for decades.

Tsvangirai has shown by his callous and non-caring persistent foolishness that THE INTEREST OF ZIMBABWE IS NOT PARAMOUNT IN HIS GOONISH AMBITIONS.

I for One would have refused the support and total rubbishing of my father-land by outside hands and like Solomon would 'LET THE WRONG MOTHER TAKE THE BABY INSTEAD OF KILLING THE BABY'. I would rather have dialogued and save my country the MESS even if it means I WILL NOT WIN, than to plunge the whole country into the quagmire which has taken many lives and caused untold hardships on more thru the DEVILISH MACHINATIONS OF FOREIGN POWERS BENT ON REVENGE.

Should a man attempting to rule Zimbabwe not know these things, THAT BRITAIN IS BENT ON REVENGE AGAINST MUGABE ? If he disagreed with Mugabe on every other thing in the world, SHOULD HE NOT PATRIOTICALLY ON THE LAND ISSUE BE UNITED and in agreement with that GREAT DEED OF MUGABE pertaining to returning the Lands to rightful owners ?

IF THIS FACT IS LOST ON HIM, THEN HOW PATRIOTIC CAN HE BE TO RULE OVER THE PEOPLE OF ZIMBABWE ?

Does Tsvangirai in any way represent the NEW LEADERSHIP which we crave and seek in Africa ?

Does Tsvangirai radiate and project the commanding independent and progressive SPIRIT which African pioneers fought for to liberate Africa from the enslaving clutches of Britain and the west ?

Does Tsvangirai love Zimbabwe enough to put her interests above his political ambitions ?

Does Tsvangirai seek to lead Zimbabweans to PROGRESSIVE FREEDOM or BACK TO THE EUROPEAN MASTERS SERVITUDE on our own soil in this 21st century ?

Aware or not; IT IS THE DAWN OF A NEW DAY IN THE WORLD AND ESPECIALLY IN AFRICA. Too long have individual men stood to lead only to take the people for a long and foolish ride, appeasing the western powers while Africans cry.

Africa presently seeks not just leaders, AFRICA SEEKS SELFLESS AND THINKING LEADERS.

AFRICA SEEKS THOUGHTFUL AND WISE LEADERS.

THINKING MEN WHO PUTS AFRICA FIRST.

THINKING MEN AND WOMEN WHO WILL NOT SETTLE
FOR JUST ANYTHING WHILE AFRICANS CRY.

Tsvangirai or Goons like him seek to take Zimbabweans backwards, Back to servitude,

Back to the Masters quarters as maids and butlers, as laborers and slaves. Tsvangirai seeks to taks Zimbabweans Back to Economic slavery.

  • The-Doc

WHAT TYPE OF MAN IS MORGAN TSVANGIRAI ?

You cannot accuse him to be a Patriot. He is not a Visionary neither is he to be described as a Commanding Leader.

Morgan Tsvangirai, no doubt is a regular Zimbabwean with as much concern for Zimbabwe as any other Zimbabwean.

BUT IT IS HIS NAIVETY AND WILLINGNESS TO MAKE HIMSELF AVAILABLE FOR USE AS A CONDUIT FOR REVENGE TO THOSE FOREIGN MANIPULATORS WHO ARE ANGRY AT MUGABE FOR THE WRONG REASONS that has exposed his Political immaturity which is tantamount to lack of Natural Patriotism.

Many African leaders suffer from this same Syndrome here on display by Morgan Tsvangirai of just GOOD INTENTIONS, BUT CATASTROPHIC RESULTS UPON THE PEOPLE AT THE END.

GOOD INTENTIONS BY THEMSELVES ARE NOT GOOD ENOUGH.

THEY HAVE NEVER BEEN GOOD ENOUGH AND WILL NEVER BE GOOD ENOUGH INTO THE AFRICAN FUTURE.

It is thoughtless good intentions that has heretofore rendered Africa with all its Natural and Human Resources fallow, WHEREIN EVEN TODAY ALL THAT AFRICANS SEE HAPPENING IS THEIR NATURAL RESOURCES FUELING, ENRICHING AND BEAUTIFYING THE WEST while Africans beg for bread and settle for the crumbs.

Good intentions alone are never good enough when you are dealing with BRITAIN and AMERICA. By their actions they have repeatedly proven that they are Selfish and lacking in the spirit of Brotherhood.

They have presided over Genocides and continue to perpetrate Torments upon Black people all over the world, who thought good intentions was all that was needed to deal with these cold hearted manipulators.

We want a Zimbabwe after Mugabe that is ready to move forward building on the gains while shedding the bad. WE DO NOT WANT A BACKWARD TRAIL TO SERVITUDE AND DEPRIVATION UPON THE Zimbabwean MASSES FOR THE BENEFIT OF THE FEW.

Morgan Tsvangirai with all his good intentions would inadvertently even perhaps against his best wishes; driven by the wicked hands of Britain who seems now to him as a friend and lover, be forced to accommodate the wishes of Britain and push Black Zimbabweans back into servitude and economic slavery.

Britain and America never support the best interests of Black Africans! Their friendship is always for an AIM to Use, to manipulate, to steal, to destroy and to deprive. HISTORY IS CLEAR ON THIS REPEATEDLY.

As Africans who have attained massive Educational heights, WE MUST BECOME THE CONSCIENCE OF AFRICA AND CALL A SPADE A SPADE. We must always alert our leadership to do their home work and always be on the ready whenever dealing with Britain and America (ONCE BITTEN, TWICE SHY).

They can gladly and as usual consciencelessly cart away all that is available in Africa while watching Africans CRYING AND DIEING. THEY DON`T CARE! They have done it before and can do it again.

As Educated Africans we must not allow our conscience to be overcome by emotions, bought or sold for shekels of silver while our Brothers and Sisters suffer perpetually even into the morrow.

The West has been responsible for Africa`s problems too long and continue to covertly keep Africa in the dumps. They have become accustomed to seeing Black Africans in the deprived dumps of living that THEY NOW THINK THAT IS WHERE AFRICANS BELONG (DEPRIVED AND SUFFERING).

THEIR SELFISH INTERESTS ALWAYS DRIVE THEM TO MANIPULATIVELY WITH THEIR VAST RESOURCES ATTEMPT TO IMPOSE BAD, THOUGHTLESS AND UNCARING LEADERSHIP ALL OVER AFRICA TO ENSURE THEIR CONTINUED RAPING OF AFRICA.

Good thinking and Educated Africans are ruling no-where in Africa and you wonder why the Continental mess ?

From Nigeria to Liberia, Sierraleone, everywhere all over Africa, THE WEST ENSURES TO INSTALL A GOON who will obey their commands against the best wishes of the African people. THEN THEY INVITE THE BUFFOON OVER TO BUCKINGHAM PALACE and mesmerize him with an honorary award to keep him obedient. THIS NONSENSE HAS TO STOP !

Morgan Tsvangirai by his willingness to offer himself to be used to destabilize and deprive Zimbabwe has shown that he lacks the necessary wisdom needed in this 21st century to govern any people and he should never be allowed to EVER EVER EVER EVER RULE Zimbabwe.

  • The-Doc

HAPPY TO SEE THAT TSVANGIRAI and MUGABE have signed an Agreement to facilitate talks and discuss the issues on moving Zimbabwe forward: TO STOP THE VIOLENCE. TO STOP THE POLITICAL CONFUSION AND FOCUS ON REAL ISSUES RELATING TO PROGRESS IN ZIMBABWE.

I must state first and foremost that it is with great GLEE that I thank Almighty God that the wishes of BRITAIN UPON MUGABE FAILED AND FAILED SHAMEFULLY.

God Bless President MBEKI of South Africa, he is one African Leader who has quietly come to understand the underhanded wicked manipulations which BRITAIN and AMERICA are known to use to destabilize and undermine Nations; WHILE MAKING IT SEEM THAT THEY DON`T KNOW WHAT IS HAPPENING.

The way BRITAIN came at MUGABE made some of us who would have been against him to rally around him to STOP THESE DEMONIC MACHINATIONS ALWAYS EMPLOYED BY BRITAIN AGAINST LEADERS WHO REFUSE TO DO THEIR SELFISH BIDDING.

I AM HAPPY THEY FAILED with MUGABE. GLORY BE TO GOD.

Their wickedness knows no bounds as the PAIN they have wrought upon the whole people of Zimbabwe is REAL and it is all aimed at getting MUGABE. They are real devils as they don`t mind destroying the whole people of Zimbabwe to achieve their aim. MAY GOD FORGIVE THEM IN THEIR PERSISTENT WICKEDNESS !

Now, I wish to advice Tsvangirai to STOP BEING NUDGED AND PUSHED BY BRITAIN OR TOLD WHAT TO THINK AND HOW TO REACT.

Tsvangirai should THINK FOR HIMSELF with the people of Zimbabwe and their plight paramount in his mind.

IF Tsvangirai DO THIS, THEN THE TALKS WILL YIELD GOOD RESULTS, but if he keep looking to Britain and Brown to tell him how to respond and react; he will fail and there will be no tangible results from the talks .

I was of the Opinion that other opposition leaders should replace Tsvangirai who seems to be leaning toward recolonizing Zimbabwe to Britain and Brown.

    Tsvangirai should:
(1.)Understand exactly what has happened and who has actually and underhandedly been responsible for it. THIS WILL TELL HIM WHO ARE THE REAL FRIEND AND ENEMIES OF ZIMBABWE.

(2.)Look at the actions of Britain with their overlording tendencies upon the sovereign nation of Zimbabwe and its leaders; would you if you were to lead Zimbabwe like to be punished by Britain as one of their subjects including their rickety queen stripping you of long bestowed honorary titles should you take any step which you decided as a SOVEREIGN NATION was in the best interest of the people of the Sovereign nation of Zimbabwe?

(3.)The Sovereignty of Zimbabwe and its people must never be compromised or sold on the platter of a flaky and deceitful smile that hides a heart that is the heart of a deceitful and selfish beast.

As I stated in a previous write, THE DIALOGUE MUST BE RESERVED FOR ZIMBABWEANS ALONE and Britain must not be given the pleasure to be a part of that dialogue and particularly YOU TSVANGIRAI SHOULD NOT BRING BRITAIN TO THE TABLE TO UNDERHANDEDLY THROUGH YOU BE A PART OF THE DIALOGUE.
