Mentally Unstable
I dont know if this man is just trying to make the headlines or he has had a bit too much Zanu PF Lager.
Webster Shamu is blaming the West for the Togo attack. He claims that Western countries are trying to disrupt the World cup in SA. I ask myself, Why is the Information and Publicity Minister coming up with such humorous and irresponsible statements.
We know ZANU blames the West for everything wrong in this world but Shamu is a new entry, we are used to Robert “Geritric” Mugabe ranting the minute he gets an audience. Do they blame the West for the killings and beatings during the elections, the abductions, the rape and the country’s humanitarian meltdown of the Zimbabwe.
Its time to change the record as we are all bored now.

I'm surprised you sound surprised!
I'm also surprised you only name one idiot a week. Surely there must be loads of competition. Enough for two idiots per day FOR THE NEXT YEAR. Don't forget that they are minting new idiots faster than you can name them.
The competition is fierce and its a struggle to only come up with one idiot from this government, but due to limited resources I can only have one featured every week. This goverment is minting new idiots faster than I can type.
